Refunds
Every kit is custom made for a single trip and can't be resold, so the cutoff is the moment work starts on your kit.
Before you send your photos: full refund, no questions. Email me and it's done.
After you send your photos: the build has started and refunds are no longer available. This is the point where your journal is being designed around your route and your photos are being printed, and none of it can be used for anyone else.
If your kit arrives damaged: I'll replace it. Send a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery and I'll make you a new one at no cost.
If I can't ship inside the window you chose: I'll email you before the window closes and offer either a new date or a full refund, your choice.
