Refunds
Every kit is made for one trip, and I want you to love yours.
Changed your mind, or it isn't what you hoped for? Email me any time before your kit ships, or within 14 days of it arriving, and I'll refund you in full.
If it arrives damaged: I'll make you a new one at no cost. Send a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery.
If I can't ship on the date shown at checkout: I'll email you ahead of time and offer either a new date or a full refund, your choice.
