How long does it take to ship?+
It ships within 5 business days of getting your photos. The clock starts when your photos arrive, not when you order, so the sooner you upload, the sooner it ships. The upload link is in your confirmation email.
When do I send the photos?+
Right after you order. Your confirmation email has a private upload link. Send 25 photos, one for each day, and we start on your journal as soon as they're in.
What size is it, and what is it printed on?+
The journal is 4 × 6 inches, postcard size, with 25 day pages bound with wire along the top. The pages are printed on 105 gsm (70 lb) cream paper with a matte finish, so they're easy to write on. Your photos are 2 × 3 inches, printed with sticker backs on 270 gsm Red River satin photo paper. It's thick and sturdy, and feels like a print from a professional photo lab.
What kind of photos work best?+
Any photos from your phone work, portrait or landscape. Each one is printed at 2 × 3 inches.
Can I send it as a gift?+
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship it straight to them. There's no receipt or price in the box.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Not yet. We ship within the US only, and shipping is included.
